In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Oberau Dorferwirt" 1.2 km, railway station "Wörgl Hauptbahnhof" 11.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km.
