Positive: Location, location, location. It is perfectly situated to see all that matters in Belem. Despite being in a very touristic avenue, the rooms are quiet. Good security measures.

Negative: Even though you don't hear anything from the street, you do hear noise from other rooms inside the hotel: someone was sick and you could hear him/her coughing all night
