Destin is close by. Navarre is a 20 minute drive. Dining and entertainment options are within walking distance or a short drive.

Summary: Great location, and view. We left a day early due to lack of communication from property manager. Here were our issues: No one responded to my questions and concerns. The codes listed in book in room did not work as stated. Upon looking for another contact number I found an email with different codes to access other areas Pool, pier. Vending and ICE were out of order and locked our entire stay. 7 days no ICE in 100 degree weather. Not cool. There is a coffee pot in cabinet but no pot! We had 3 guests listed and although sheets were provided for foldout couch there was no blanket. Had to use beach towel. Balcony door is extremely hard to open close, and very loud. Even hear each time neighbors open and close so I know they hear ours. Looks like black mold on ceiling. Bathroom drawers and doors are broken on vanity in bathroom. Overall could use some maintenance and TLC.
