Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor unit with a split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen, living room and dining room have beautiful travertine floors and bedrooms are carpeted. The living room is furnished with comfortable couch and loveseat reclines and a 50” Cable TV.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The dining table seats 6 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, 55” wall mounted cable TV, a recliner, blackout curtains, and an on-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, room darkening curtains, desk with office chair and 20” TV with antenna for watching local channels. The 2nd bathroom is located right outside the bedroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. Living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The unit has Cox high speed wifi internet & cable TV. The patio has a table and 4 chairs. The unit has full size washer and dryer off of the kitchen. A specific covered parking space will be assigned.
The Portofino Complex is located in Ahwatukee which is the most southern suburb of Phoenix.
We are close to the 202 and 10 highways. Sky Harbor and Gateway Airports are both within 20 minutes. The Chandler Mall is within 12 miles and Tempe Marketplace is only 17 miles. The area has abundant hiking trails, golf courses, casinos, shopping, dining, entertainment, lakes and parks nearby. Fry’s, Safeway and Trader Joe’s grocery stores, a Mexican restaurant, hair & nail salons, Subway, a brewery and other businesses are within walking distance.
