Our villa offers a perfect blend of traditional Balinese charm and modern comfort. The two bedrooms are located on the first and second floor, providing privacy and stunning views of the surrounding rice fields. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space.
The ground floor boasts an open-plan living area, where you can relax on the cozy sofas and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and the dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together.
Please be aware the villa is off the main road located around rice fields. It is a short walk or scooter ride to the villa.

To offer a true sense of luxury, the main lounge and dining room is open. This means that the pool is readily accessible. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be totally closed off and securely locked. Please be aware that you are living in nature. We do get ants, little lizards and some times of year other small insects. We do our best to always keep the villa clean from these, however they are around.
You are located in an area that is quiet and peaceful. There is room to park your bikes out the front. Puri Cenik is located on a bike access road 300m from the main road. It is a bumpy road. It is about a 10 minute drive to Ubud centre. You are close to cafes and restaurants and delivery of food is available. Penestanan is located up the road with a huge expat community and the best restaurants in Ubud.

Airport pick up can be arranged. We have great drivers that you can pay directly to them to support our community.
Bike or car hire. We have scooters and cars you can hire if you would like to for your stay. They are available for daily or weekly rental. Please let us know if you would like to rent a bike or two so we can have them ready for when you arrive. Bikes can be parked at the villas, car has a private garage 200m away from the villa.
We can arrange hire of baby cot and high chair. Please be aware that the pool does not have a fence. The living room is open to the pool.
Breakfast or floating breakfast can be arranged daily at an extra cost per person. We have an extensive menu of hot and cold options.
Flower Bath and massages. If you would like a relaxing bath with petals we can arrange this for you in the villa. We can also arrange a massage in the villa for total relaxation.
Tours are available with a private driver. There are so many amazing areas to see around Ubud. Bird park, volcano walk, natural hot springs, ATV rides, white water rafting, art, silver shops, coffee tasting, horse riding, rice field tours, waterfalls, temple visits and more. Please ask if you need a great driver or tour arranged for you.

Katik Langtang is a very popular area as it’s close to town but has an amazing community of it’s own. I chose to buy land here as it is surrounded by the rice fields and you have the best views of Bali, as far as you can see. The villa is close to Ubud centre but also away from the busy streets of Ubud. Penestanan is the local shopping area that has some of the best restaurants especially if you enjoy vegan, vegetarian, raw food or detoxing. It has a mix of Italian, Greek, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Japanese restaurants and a local supermarket. There are some of the best walking tracks around the villa through local farms and local housing to see the real Ubud. The people in this area are the best people you will ever meet. You will always feel safe and walk away with lots of new friends. If you are single you can be reassured that you are extremely safe and looked after. These locals will get to know you and help you in any way they can.
Indra is available to you for day tours, taxi service, higher of bike, higher of cars etc. he is also helpful for restaurant ideas, walking adventures and more. Indra can facilitate anything you need.
Ubud is a 10min drive, half an hour walk or 10 mins scooter. It is a beautiful area that is close to all the best parts of the real Ubud.
Please be aware that the pool does not have a fence around it. The living room is open onto the pool area. As Bali has beautiful weather and warm nights, it is a luxury to be able to enjoy this indoor/outdoor environment, but is not suitable for young children if they cannot swim.
Please also be aware that Bali sometimes has little creatures. We are always available to help out when needed!

4. We don't mind if you smoke in the main area. Please don't smoke in the bedrooms or bathrooms.
