Drive down to all first floor living with open and large living area with gas fireplace, open to dining and new kitchen. The master suite is flanked with windows facing the bluff & private bath. The first level opens to private covered porch. Upstairs you can walk in off of lower east lake road and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated on 2 wings of the house. Plenty of parking. The permanent dock has a large rooftop deck-perfect for enjoying sunsets, sun bathing, and enjoying the spectacular view. There is a big grassy lakeside yard and a custom fire pit.
