Positive: Great location, very close to Eiffel Tower. We felt very safe and walked few blocks at 11:00pm to watch the tower sparkle. There is a great bakery and other restaurants, including Pizzeria very close by. The place is quite small. It was good for an adult and 2 kids, but for 4 adults it may be crowded.
Negative: 1) Keys need to be picked up from the key box at caffee that is few blocks away. The directions provided did not explain that well. 2) The actual key has a tag attached with a different address than the one provided by the host as the apartment location. The key worked, but this was very confusing and scared us. Again, you need to walk few blocks to check the key. 3) The wi-fi barely worked on the first day and then did not work at all. The host should upgrade it. 4) TV remote was hidden in the kitchen cabinet. Why? But then since the wi-fi did not work, we could not use TV anyways. 5) The water heater was turned off so the first morning we did not have hot water. The water heats up quickly, but if you are in the rush you would be taking a cold shower. 6) Security deposit was returned almost a month later, after several email to which the host did not respond.
Summary: Great location but host need to improve few things.
