Positive: Firstly the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Really lovely attention to detail and couldn’t have been any better. The hotel is quiet, super clean and had lovely decorative details. The free mini fridge was great. The bathroom was faultless. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was included and good enough to set You up for the day. Breakfast room decor was splendid. Reception lady gave me a 1st March gift as per Romanian custom which felt heartfelt and special. The digital entry system worked a treat and I had been nervous about that. Even had umbrellas by the door for rainy days. First class stay.
Negative: I would have liked some decaf coffee for the nespresso machine. I didn’t ask reception because I assumed they wouldn’t have it but maybe I should have.
Summary: So welcoming, lovely room, great location near university, all round great stay.
