This conveniently located, newly built single family home is located just minutes from beautiful Navarre Beach. It is situated on a very private 2 acre lot just across the street from the East Bay. With abundant water views and natural surroundings this home is perfect for those that want to escape the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to all the area has to offer.
This massive home is modern and the floor plan is wide open. It is perfect for a large family or two small families. Inside you will find 5 large bedrooms including two primary king suites. The upstairs king suite is huge and features a private balcony, kitchenette, en suite, large walk in closet, and a large tent for the kids to camp inside. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. There is another bonus room with a ping pong table and a twin bed. In the fully equipped kitchen enjoy high end stainless appliances, quartz counters, walk-in pantry, center island, and wine fridge. There is a large dining table for 6 overlooking the huge back yard. The living room is open with modern furniture and features a curved smart TV. There is also luxury tile flooring throughout the entire home. Out back you will find a large sunroom, screen porch, and a HUGE back yard with tons of room to run and play! Enjoy fresh fruit from the plentiful fruit trees all over the property.
There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the oversized driveway. *The garage is not available to guests.*
The house is situated just 10 miles from the sugar sands and emerald green waters of Navarre Beach. Drive over to the famous Navarre Pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park.
Bring your pets along. This home can accommodate 2 pets up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $100. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any pets on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.
