Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Facility, location and amenities were great. Very comfortable. Nice accommodations.

Negative: Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, however, after the first evening of our stay, we were locked out of our unit. Called the management company to retrieve a new key code to our condo. Management was unsuccessful in helping us and was then referred to a new agent who was exceptional but was unable to immediately help us. I then realized that the property had a lock box on the front porch. Agent found a code to unlock this box. Inside was a key that ultimately unlocked our unit. Overall, it took over an hour to get us back into our unit, (10:30 pm). This situation was alarming to say the least. My overall issue with this glitch in the system was the lack of follow through by management to ensure we were taken care of for the remainder of our stay. No apologies, no follow up texts, emails or calls. Thank goodness for the second agent and her willingness to help us.

Summary: Exceptional facility. Problem solving when situations arise could improve.
