Summary: The location is fantastic and the restaurant downstairs seems incredibly popular (hence high noise levels), and we tried the food one night and it was pretty good. The lift to the room is separate to any kind of "front desk" so it feels more like an Airbnb in that you don't really see any faces and so it's hard to comment on service. The room was smaller than appeared in the photo but clean and tidy. Shower worked well but note the hot water takes quite a while to kick in! Location is the main draw here.
