PARKING: Assigned parking for one car- community permit required.Height restriction of 6'- no large SUVs or Vans.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. if you cancel your reservation. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. Summary: Property is accurately described on the website and met all our expectations. Good location and amenities. I wish the listing noted that parking passes were included since we had purchased our own before check-in since our car doesn't fit the parking space.
