Positive: The place is located on the outskirts of the forest, next to the road linking Lissieux and Livarot - both being interesting touristic magnets. There are many different accommodation possibilities; all of them provide opportunity both to relax on the spot or make some trips around (it's not even far from the seaside). The area is big, green and very tidy. Kids have ample amount of grass to play (+ some playground) close or far from parents - depending on the preferences. One can relax under sun or in the shade. There is charger for your electric car on the site, thus even more relaxation is possible. I can comment only on the accommodation option we were using - adapted circus wagon. This was lovely place, full of charm and surprises (the shower cabin is inside). Three people could manage this space with ease, yet one must remember circus wagon is not spacious. Small terrace allows for fantastic eating outside. Eating inside poses no problems. It is perfectly possible to cook own dishes, yet the space is very small, so individual perception may vary. As the sun is not shining directly at the wagon, it may be very comfortable during hot weather. Many heaters make sure it is good also for the cold times. I'm guessing here as we visited during temperate week and did not experiences neither heat nor cold. The host is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast served is amazing - especially when enjoyed on the terrace. Food quality is superb and the choice of fruit jams mind boggling. Luckily one can buy some on the spot as it is virtuality impossible to taste all of them.
Negative: Honestly, I can't think of anything I did not like. Perhaps the limited space in the circus wagon could bother some visitors - it's the wagon after all - but for 3 people it was adequate.
Summary: Great relaxation close to nature and touristic places.
