Summary: Generally excellent. The staff in reception and front of house were really friendly and a credit to the hotel. A big exception was the pool bar area staff who were the opposite. Also relating to the pool use, unexpected closures and the spa unable to produce towels, was a negative. But even that did not detract from an enjoyable stay overall . Superb breakfast too - and with excellent and friendly staff there.
