Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice house with good facilities and comfy beds

Negative: The heating was off on arrival and house was very cold (11 degrees). Couldn’t work out how to turn oven on and needed instructions - tried all the numbers given - all closed at weekend ( even emergency number - thank goodness it wasn’t emergency!!). Tried the ‘message the house’ facility - heard nothing. Bathroom towel heater not working. Perhaps things like cooking foil and kitchen roll would be a nice touch as a holiday home owner myself.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay in a well equipped and cosy ( eventually) house
