Easy access to Cape Cod Rail Trail off of Depot St as well as Bell's Neck Conservation Land. The house accommodates 6. A large master with a queen and twin bed and ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs bedroom with full and twin beds. Large dining room and stocked kitchen for family dinners. Back deck and gas grill with quiet yard for dining al fresco. The home is a year round rental with gas fireplace. Linens provided and a washer and dryer available. The kitchen has been recently updated with new cabinets, stove/ range and dishwasher.
