Summary: I booked this location for a small get together with a few friends and we had a great time. The location is phenomenal and was really just what I had in mind. There's beach access close by, a little shopping center for any last minute needs and the rest of Santa Barbara is a quick car ride away. The unit was clean and was presented as described. The house is cozy and really utilizes all of the space. We felt like we had more than enough space for all 4 of us throughout our stay. The house is equipped with what you need to be comfortable: extra blankets, fans, plenty of utensils, etc and check in/check out is all very reasonable. The backyard is lovely, we spent most of our time in the home enjoying the backyard and hot tub We had a lovely time and I would absolutely book this home again. Thanks Lynn & Martin for having us!
