Positive: Room was comfortable but on the small side. Bed was comfortable

Negative: Despite being expensive, this hotel just felt cheap. No pickup from alishan station/bus depot (it's a huge hill to drag luggage down so we ended up paying a private driver to take us and our luggage to me the bus station) Hand soap dispenser wasn't filed They used the super cheap bulk toilet paper like you would expect in a public toilet Room heating was only turned on when the temperature went below seven degrees and was already switched off in the morning so it was freezing when we had our showers and got ready for the day
