Positive: There are two en-suites rooms next to each other, with a shared balcony and kitchen. We were alone on the floor at this time. The rooms are clean and tidy. Rooms are clean daily except Sundays. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ok. Property is behind some resorts (Kendwa Rocks), and entry is through a village street market. The Beach can also be entered via Kendwa Rocks for a fee. Other options to the beach is via the village street, few minutes walk. Felt safe walking. There is also wifi available.
Negative: Breakfast needs some improvements. Staff give their best but be prepared to receive the same breakfast everyday with a change of fruit. Omelette with 2 fruits, toast, fresh juice & coffee/tee. Last day we were treated with a chapati instead of toast. Property is like a B&B, no other activities or entertainment. It is ok if you just want to sleep & explore, as there is nothing else to do when it rains. We spend most of our time sitting at Kendwa Rocks or other beach front resorts either having dinner or something to drink.
