The Pup Deck has a new commercial-grade network system for an outstanding internet and wi-fi experience. And it has TWO home theater systems in the mid-level lounge and the top-level Great Room. Music lovers will appreciate the iPad controllers for multiple Sonos speakers throughout the house to provide a superior audio experience. All the home's TVs are wall-mounted 4K smart TVs with a standard interface. It also has an extensive DVD and book library for adults and children alike.
The Pup Deck has a private pool, spa and two seating areas: a Great Room overlooking the sound on the top floor with a big screen TV, audio features, home theater and a huge sectional couch, and a Lounge on the middle level with a big screen TV, audio features and home theater.
The ground floor has a newly renovated game room with modern lighting, flooring, and a beautiful American-made vintage pool table. There's even an outdoor ping pong table in the carport. All six bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The two master bedrooms on the top floor are even remote-worker-friendly. This dog-friendly property boasts new, memory foam, king-size mattresses in four of its bedrooms.
