Its private plot features a small dam with a waterfall and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with grass and a variety of plants 🌸. The house is filled with natural light throughout the day thanks to its strategic location. Enjoy unforgettable moments in the large private pool with an unheated jacuzzi and a barbecue area perfect for preparing outdoor meals 🍖. Access is simple, although it includes a one-kilometre stretch of unpaved, compact earth road, suitable for any vehicle 🚗.
At the entrance, you will be greeted by a porch with benches and a jasmine corridor that fills the environment with a relaxing aroma as evening falls 🌼. Inside, the 80 m² dwelling is divided into two floors: the upper floor houses the main bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, as well as a desk ideal for working with a laptop 💻. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace for cool nights and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and more) to make your stay comfortable and practical 🍳.
The second bedroom, with views of the outdoor terrace and the natural landscape, offers a cosy space to rest and store your luggage. The main bathroom has a shower tray and is spacious, and for greater comfort, near the pool there is an independent toilet, thus avoiding entering the house wet 🚿.
