The Casita at Rio De Los Sueños is a self-contained retreat that blends comfort with Hill Country charm. Elevated on the second floor, it features a spacious living area with hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open to a large balcony—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and settle in, while two bedrooms—a primary with a king-size bed and a second with two queen beds—offer space and privacy for families or small groups. Just outside, a private walking path leads directly from the Casita to the river, where guests can wade, relax, or let little ones explore.
The Casita is located next to the main house on the property, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay.
