Adorable one level lake home in central Minnesota boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, cozy family room with pull out sofa and adjoining sun room with futon that can sleep additional guests. Fun detached bunk house for games or relaxing with up close view of the lake. Great family friendly lake for fishing, relaxing, boating, water sports and ice fishing on the Briggs Lake Chain of Lakes that includes Briggs, Julia and Rush Lakes - all with a public access. Dock and Kayaks provided. Inside fireplace just converted to gas insert in 2024, working on updating pictures. Furnace heats the house. Seasonal- Bonfire pit outside with free wood. Patio with furniture. Ample free parking on driveway. Pets allowed, up to 2, $100 fee for the stay.

Palmer Park nearby is equipped with a pavilion, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, horseshoe pits and ski and walking trails. Pebble creek 18 hole golf course and the Refuge National park less than 10 miles away, and St. Cloud is just 15 miles away with biking trails, shopping, and entertainment.
