Come and enjoy this cozy house while enjoying the great outdoors or filling your elk tag. This property is located just north of Winnett about 20 minutes. This house offers A/C and heating. Great location for a place to get away from the chaos of life. This property has a porch for dropping your boots off or hanging your hunting clothes for the next day.

There is a bathroom in the master bath and a guest bathroom next to the other bedroom. The couch folds out into a double(queenish) size bed.
Come play cards or cribbage while hearing the elk bugle (sometimes) around you.
There is no well but runs on a cistern tank so we ask that you just treat it somewhat like a camper. :) we recommend bringing paper/plastic cups and plates. there is a drinking water fridge that holds 5 gallon water jugs inside the house as well for cooking and drinking. There is a coffee pot and coffee is stocked with filters. We hope you enjoy your stay.
