Summary: As far as our room, it was clean enough except for the shower. The shower floor was pretty stained and unpleasant. Front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The pool was closed down by the city and while it didn’t bother us, it would have been nice to know that. A family coming with kids would have been disappointed. My husband was taking some things to our car. I was in the bathroom. Someone knocked, then came in and said, oh someone is still in here. They told me you checked out. We had not. We felt rushed out of there. Check out was noon. House keeping was knocking on doors asking if people were ready to check out. We went down to breakfast. False advertising at its best, we knew it wasn’t free, but pictures of nice looking dishes were advertised. The person working didn’t know anything about the entrees and couldn’t find cream cheese. Said no ever orders the flat bread. We don’t plan to stay again.
