This room leads to a terrace. The large, open kitchen spans 20 square meters and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. It also features a dining table and dining nook. There is a shower, bidet, and toilet. The property has heating, electric heating, and a 300-liter boiler. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a steep stair, you will find a large playroom with a hydro massage bath. The upper floor, also accessible by a steep stair, has two rooms with sloping ceilings. One room features a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, while the other room has the same bed size and amenities.
