Positive: Given the hotels location (near to the train/metro station), the size of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff, I'd say it's pretty decent place.
Negative: If I'm going to be really picky. Although the room i was given was of a decent size. The furnishings were a little tired and the room lacked any sense of warmth or welcome..
