Positive: Incredible location, great amenities, friendly and courteous staff, and an experience that almost feels like going back in time!
Negative: Unfortunately, because it is a very old building, if you have loud, inconsiderate next-door neighbors it can be difficult to enjoy quiet time.
Summary: Congress Hall offers everything for a vacationer to make wonderful memories that you will cherish.
