It is 150sqm ,on the 6th floor, providing an amazing view overlooking the city, the sea and islands of Saronic Gulf. With huge verandas, large kitchen, bar, living, dining and family room , 3 bedrooms, two baths & one WC, parking, elevator, Wi-Fi, solar water heater, central gas heating , air-condition everywhere. We like welcoming and meeting people .Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which is clean and fully equipped. Main features of the flat include: 1.First level -Main bedroom has a double Queen size bed 200x160 with comfortable mattress which is the finest quality of Coco-mat® , a big closet , drawer chests, autonomous air-condition and a private modern bathroom with all the necessities (hair dryer, shampoo etc.),washing machine, and a solar water heater -Second and third bedroom have one single bed 200x100 cm each ,closet ,drawer chests. air-conditions and sharing another modern bathroom with all the necessities. -family room has a 3 seated sofa bed that opens to a 200x120 cm bed , and a small kitchen-bar. -storage with iron and vacuum cleaner -pillows, linens and towels for all the guests, freshly washed for your arrival All rooms have access to a big sunny veranda with table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. level -large modern Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker , oven, dishwasher ,cutlery and dishes, coffee machine, sandwich toaster -dining room and living room with fire-place and air-condition -a WC these rooms have access to a huge veranda with a big BBQ and comfortable dining furniture for a romantic dinner under the evening sky . -Baby crib available upon request -High chair available upon request - a notebook with lots of info about the apartment you’re staying at, getting around, recommendations, etc. The apartment can host up to 5 persons, it's decoration is warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay!

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe .Close to the apar. ( 2min walk) you can find supermarkets ,restaurants, bakery,cafe ,pharmacy and a bus station to all main sight seeing places. In the apar. you will find a map where I have marked all the above useful stores .Also there is a notebook with all relevant information to enjoy Athens easily, directions to the museums, archaeological sites and events and options on how to discover the territory surrounding the city and beaches. 10 min walk you can enjoy the largest park of Athens ''Pedion Areos'', and a famous square with many bars and cafes ''kipseli square''.
