Summary: Good property but did not feel comfortable due to last 3 items Property is brand new and nicely decorated Nice bathrooms x 2 Nice TV x2 Oven, stove and microwave is good No dishwasher Neighbourhood is ok. Parking is available Caretaker is very kind and helpful House rules communication makes you nervous throughout the stay, it could be more welcoming Washing machine available but house rules state to book 5 days in advance Toilets are said to be sensitive for excess toilet paper (like a boat) beware of a fine imposed if blocked
