4 Bedroom House with Bedding, Barbecue and Parking
The House accommodates up to 14 guests in its 4 bedrooms and has a privileged location in a gated residential condominium of high standard. The Condominium has a diversified leisure infrastructure, which is available to both residents and visitors. Worth mentioning are its squares, gardens, lake, soccer field, tennis court, sports court, outdoor gym, kids space, doll houses, games room and hiking trail. Perfectly integrated with its environment, the House was specially designed by dear friend and renowned architect from Rio de Janeiro, Pedro Nogueira, as an ideal place to host my family or other possible families, couples and other interested people. Or, they are privileged guests with or without children, with or without pets, who seek on the beach days of joy, leisure, tranquility, peace and quiet.
The SOCIAL PART of the House is in the main building, which has two floors. To know:
1) the lower floor, equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which houses large adjoining dining and TV rooms, kids space, fully equipped kitchen, water cooler, pantry, laundry with tank and washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, clotheslines, parking for four cars, balcony, hooks for hammocks, nautical garage, WC and shower of beach;
2) and the Upper Floor or Terrace, also equipped with Wi-Fi, from where you have a privileged view of the Atlantic Forest. In it are situated: the gourmet area, barbecue, freezer, WC, shower, lighted pool with beach and hydromassage and storage of materials.
The SECTOR OF DORMITORIES, which is separated from the main building by an internal garden, has 2 American suites and 2 bedrooms, all configured as autonomous units and that make up environments that are comfortable to house the guests with comfort and privacy, especially the couples, whether they are alone or accompanied by children.
Each suite has: double bed, single bed, armchair, fridge, large mirror on the wall, microwave, air conditioning, fan, SmartTV cable and WiFi.

The House has a total of 5 toilets.
Guest access
The rent of the House allows the guests their exclusive use and access to all its facilities; except for the Deposit, which is the room where the maintenance and cleaning materials are stored, and where the objects of private use of the host family are stored.
Interaction with guests
My interaction with guests should be given
preferably through the website or, under special conditions,
by email, phone or wsp.
Check-in from 9am until 5pm, but check-out can be made until 6pm. Upon request guests can combine other schedules.
The Check-in and Check-out will be done directly by me or, in my impossibility, by a person (local) of my confidence. This person must be notified of arrival and departure at least one day in advance by telephone, so that he can organize and be present at the House to arrange their opening and handing over the keys. In order to be more practical and to attend to any conveniences of the guests, other alternative ways of delivering the keys can be combined

NO PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE ALLOWED!
It is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Before the checkin inform, for registration purposes and in advance: 1) the full name and the RG of each of the guests, highlighting those who are children, with their respective ages; 2) the model, color and plate of the vehicles that will enter the Condominium; 3) how many and which will be the pets that will be taken to the House. In the event that there are extra guests (above the number quoted in reserve), the responsible guest must request prior authorization and await the decision of the host. If you get the yes, pay the extra for extra guests. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM OF PERSONS AND VEHICLES NOT REGISTERED BE PREVIOUSLY ALLOWED! In the event of any harmful occurrence during the stay, such as the breaking of any object owned by the host family, there must be immediate replacement or communication of the occurrence in the delivery of the keys, for the purposes of reimbursement.
When leaving, leave doors and windows closed, all trash properly packed in plastic bags and placed in the bin located at the foot of the light post (located at the front of the House) in the morning. The collection is done daily by the employees of the Condominium, around 10am.
We use bottled gas and always have a spare for your comfort. If you finish the gas from the bottle during your stay, please replace another full one. The same goes for the gallon of water from the water fountain.
If you make use of any consumer goods owned by the hosts, please arrange. Be kind to all neighbors, even do not practice loud sound and excessive noise. Always respect, in any circumstance, the guidelines emanated from employees and security and the rules of the Condominium. Avoid fines!
Respect the absolute quiet time, from 10pm to 7am. As the House is located in a Condominium located in Horto Florestal, near the Serra do Mar, unexpected visits can happen, like some animals of the Atlantic Forest: birds, seagulls, hawks, owls, geese, lizards, possums, etc. They are all harmless, please do not do evil.
In case you need a cook, baby sitter, trouser press or someone who does a general cleaning during your stay, you can bring the person you trust and preference or we can indicate one for direct negotiation with advance payment. At the end of your stay and before checkout you should leave the house in the same conditions as you found, turn off all air conditioners and freezer; wash utensils, crockery and cutlery; do not leave leftover meat or any other type of food in the oven; unplug the microwaves and mini-fridge sockets (they should be left with the semi-open door). Lock all the exterior doors of the rooms, placing the respective keys in the Keychain Door located on the wall of the Pantry. Since the Social Entrance key must be delivered, at the moment of departure, to the host or the person representing him at the checkout. Or, this key can be delivered in the Condominium Ordinance, if this is the orientation received.
Nearby there are rivers and waterfalls, as well as various commercial establishments such as supermarkets, bakeries, gas stations, convenience stores, service providers, bars and pharmacies.
The House is 6 km from the historical center of Ubatuba and 50 km from the center of the City of Caraguatatuba. In these centers, guests can find several options of commerce, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, pizzerias, snack bars, fishmongers, handicrafts; besides diversified tourist, folkloric, artistic, cultural and leisure events.

There is an urban bus stop located directly in front of the main entrance of the Condominium.
By land, the House is located approximately 220 km from the capital of São Paulo, 170 km from the south of Minas Gerais, 200 km from Guarulhos Airport, 135 km from the City of Aparecida (largest Marian Shrine in the world), 150 Km of Campos do Jordão (in the Serra da Mantiqueira) and 90 km of the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR 116), which is the main means of access to most of the cities of the Paraíba Valley Metropolitan Region.
The House is at a distance of 4 km from Rio-Santos Highway (SP-055 / BR 101), which favors access to beautiful and incomparable beaches (more than a hundred!) of Ubatuba. As well as access to all the cities of the North Coast of São Paulo and to the City of Paraty, in the State of Rio de Janeiro, which is approximately 70 km away.
