2 Bedroom Condo with Bedding, Internet and Kitchen

Awesome Ocean Views!! The clear glass balcony is so close you can hear the ocean. We rent Saturday thru Saturday during peak summer months. May- August are peak summer months! This vacation condo features a living area with 15 foot sliding glass doors overlooking the gulf and a master bedroom that is gulf facing as well! Keyless entry on the 2nd floor. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room area with sofa. Accommodations include master with king size bed facing the ocean with a Smart TV and full bath including tub and shower. Separate bedroom includes queen sized bed with a flat screen Smart TV and a full bath. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two adults or two children comfortably. Sleeps 6 adults/children age 5 and up. We are in unit 202.
Beach chairs included during peak season, March 1 through October 31!
Note: Prior to arrival, you will receive a link to register. At that time, you will need to register for your stay and purchase the wristbands for any guests older than 5 years old.

Sterling Sands is an eight story condominium complex. It is an excellent vacation spot for families and couples. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool, outdoor hot tub. The beach area is large and gorgeous and there is beach chair and umbrellas offered to the guests. This complex is located in the heart of Destin. We are 5 buildings from the BackPorch Restaurant and close to The Track for go carts and mini golf.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy access to the beach and restaurants were close by. This unit stayed nice and cool in the heat of the summer. We definitely will be returning.
