Summary: This vacation rental was very clean and tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed. The host is gracious, responsive and thorough. The king bed and the foldout bed were comfortable, with quality beddings. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a set of full size washer and dryer in the unit. We appreciated the clean and quality kitchenware and small appliances. There was AC in the unit but we did not use it.It is centrally located in San Diego in a safe neighborhood. Heard planes occasionally. Could hear neighbor occasionally during the day but not during quiet hours. We parked inside the gate, in a shared, large backyard, no issues at all. The check-in and check-out were a breeze.The place is a gem; highly recommdned.
