*We are excited to be constructing 3 more cabins on this property. We make an effort to limit active construction while we are hosting guests but you will see the buildings and area under construction.
We have a family with young kids who love to be outside. They are very respectful of boundaries and the cabin area but may occasionally be seen and/or heard in the backyard.
Feel free to stop by the main house at any time!

"New, clean, well appointed property. Laundry is a bonus. Owner appears to be building a couple more cabins. Great consideration for large family travels." -Jeffery
"Gorgeous small cabin in a great location in Palmer! Great response time from host and very accommodating, with a very clean and quite cabin. Highly recommend!" -Amanda
"Amazing place to stay! We really enjoyed and highly recommend!"-Batsheva
"Our group consisted of 4 siblings + spouses on our trip and this cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. The cabin is brand new, its well built with tasteful finishings, comfortably slept all of us, and very clean. The amount of Airbnb’s that check all those boxes are slim picking in Anchorage/ Palmer area so we were glad to find this one.
Our group was there to visit a family member that lives in the area and to take in as much of Alaska as possible so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin outside of a few meals, to sleep, and use as a launching point for Seward & Denali on various days.
Toni was a great host and was easy to reach and communicate with. She was also very accommodating in that we were allowed to have 2-3 vehicles on the property and were allowed to have day guests over for meals/ to meet up for hikes and stuff. You wouldn’t really want to try to put any more people than 8 adults overnight in that cabin.
They are building additional units on the property which will add some much needed great places to the AirB** inventory in Alaska.
Would recommend staying here and would stay again on a future trip!"
-Joseph
"This is a great house to stay in! It’s right near Palmer, lots of nearby activities and hikes and an hour drive from the matanuska glacier. The interior is beautiful and comfortable with historical touches. It’s hosted by a great family who are nearby and available for questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!" -Christine
"We loved our stay at Toni & Ben's property! It is beautiful & in a great location. The home was very clean & well-stocked. The hosts were very accommodating with getting firewood for us to use in their fire pit & when my daughter left an item behind, Toni responded quickly & was able to locate the item which we picked up from her days later. We would highly recommend this property for your Alaskan trip!" -Dawn
