Positive: The cleanliness and location. Definitely love that it has almost everything you need. Beach wagon, chairs, carbon monoxide detectors.
Negative: Big negative on the amount of rules that this home has. The owner expects the guests to wash all “towels” that were used. Peta are not allowed on furniture. No “loud” noise between hours 10 pm - 8 am. I was a little disappointed on how hot the house was when we arrived. The house was at 87 degrees and it took a long time to get cool. Also the owners will allow you go in earlier at all. The lock on the keypad did not work until 4:02 pm for us. Check in time was 4 pm.
