Summary: We stayed here twice. First time everything was good. Second time the lift was broken and so was the toilet in our room. They moved us to another room without any bother. Overall we really liked this hotel despite no tea/coffee available in the room. Nice underfloor hearing was welcome and beds very comfortable.
