Positive: The location was amazing. The A/C worked great. Evelyn, the sole worker on property, was very sweet! The room was very clean upon arrival.
Negative: The property seemed abandoned and unkept. The place had so much potential but not a lot of love. The room had some mold due to the poor insulation of the building.
