Positive: I stayed here with my parents—there were three of us—and we had a great experience. This was a last-minute trip to Florence, and we found this place on Booking, but it turned out to be a really good choice. The location is very convenient, with easy access to multiple bus lines. There’s also a large Coop supermarket just a few blocks away, and several nice cafés right around the corner. The host was excellent—very kind, responsive, and fluent in English, which made communication easy. He was on top of everything and made sure we had what we needed. There is a shared common area with useful amenities like a sink, toaster, microwave, small fridge, and utensils. Both the bathroom and the room were clean and well maintained. The room also has air conditioning, which is especially important in the summer—and even helpful during some colder days in March.
Negative: There isn’t a full kitchen for cooking, but honestly, with so many amazing restaurants in Florence, it wasn’t an issue for us. If anything, it could be a nice addition in the future for guests who prefer to cook.
Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
