1 Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, Accessibility and Security

The Studio@420 is a spacious garden flat, with its own entrance. The upstairs loft is the only other guest rental in the building. You have a private entrance, patio, very large bathroom and a king-sized bed. The studio is ADA compatible. Kitchen is minimal, with hot plate, microwave, tea kettle, a French Press and a toaster oven. (Fridge, too!) There is a small sink for washing dishes. You can walk everywhere in town, from this cozy spot. Large windows allow afternoon sunlight to filter through the shades. Mt Shasta rolls up at night, but the train does pass through. Internet, TV , heat and air!

Summary: We had a great stay in the Garden Flat. Great location to walk anywhere in Shasta. Unit was exactly as advertised. Easy check in and great communication with host. The bed was really soft and not to my likening, but by no means would it stop me from staying again or suggesting anyone I know from staying here.
