The apartment is located 1 block from Ocean Ave and a 10 minute walk to the main beach and is also within walking distance of the incredible restaurants of Carmel. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the "Cortile San Remo" building, and has a balcony overlooking a courtyard, with a view of the sparkling ocean.
This newly remodeled apartment has a kitchen offering high-end retro Big Chill appliances including a dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator. Cabinets are fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.
The living room, which also functions as a small dining room, has a Smart TV and a couch that doubles as a king-size pull-out bed.
