The house is distributed over two floors and has a living room, three bedrooms, two terraces, a bathroom and a shower room, as well as an indoor patio, BBQ, and a mountain bike available for your walks.
It has a fully furnished kitchen with new appliances, washing machine, compact dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, electric heater, American and Italian coffee maker, barbecue grill, clothes iron and all the household items necessary for your stay.
On the ground floor are the main terrace, ideal for lunch and dinner on your night table with its large umbrella or sunbathing on its two sun loungers, the dining room, very well decorated, with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs "rocking chairs" as well as a dining table with chairs, bookcase with books for you to enjoy during your free time and table games available to liven up your stay and a Samsung 40 "TV as well as a Samsung stereo / home cinema.
