Summary: The property was very well appointed, modern and spotlessly clean, in a quiet area. Communication with Tim, the owner, was very good. Less than 10 minute walk to the tram, line 7, for easy access to Cologne centre in approx. 20 minutes. Only negative was the very steep stairs. No problem for us but elderly or disabled people would struggle.
