6 Bedroom Ski Chalet with Laundry, Balcony and Sports
Wonderful old house, recently renovated with love and charm. The two floors can be rented separetely (the tarifs which are indicated are per floor). Each floor consists in three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, one kitchen, one terrace. The two floors are connected by an indoor staircase and each floor has their own exterior entry. Very good level of comfort (high-quality linen, underfloor heating, new equipment, and much more).
Downstairs, you will find the charm of old stone and vaulted rooms. Upstairs, you will find the style of the modern chalet. Located in an exceptional setting, the house offers a wonderful view of the mountains and a clean air, in one of the sunniest regions in France. You will be in harmony with nature, relax, and rest while listening to the sound of a small river. There are hiking trails starting directly from the property and you can do many sport activities in the neighbourood.
The location is ideal, only 10 min away from Veynes, 20 min away from the beautiful city of Gap, and 25 min away from the ski resort of Superdévoluy. Many local markets located nearby offer local products.
Downstairs, there is a living area in a vaulted room of stone (not yet fully furnished) leading to the terrace, directly in nature. In addition, there is a wonderful arched kitchen and a sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are vaulted, and one with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a shower room. There is also a reading area offering a sofa.
Upstairs, there is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, an unobstructed view of the Devoloy Mountains thanks to large bay windows, a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet, two other bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a toilet, and a large terrace with view of the mountains and the green setting.

The house is located on the mountainside, in the protected area of Ceüse, on a 7-ha plot surrounded by forests and blooming fields with lavender and hysope flower, from which the property takes its name.
