Entering the house you will find a large 60m living room. square with a wood-burning fireplace and a large kitchen, 5 full bathrooms, 7 large rooms: 1 room with 1 bed of 150 plus a crib and its own bathroom, 1 room with a bed of 150 plus a crib, 1 room with 4 single beds of 90, 4 rooms with 2 beds of 90.
Direct access to pool, laundry area, specially designed and equipped barbecue area for outdoor enjoyment, full outdoor bathroom, relaxation area. It also has a covered play area, ping pong, table football, mini billiards and a very equipped playhouse for the little ones with outdoor toys, a ball, tricycles, strollers, etc.
The plot is fully fenced for your tranquility and privacy.
