ABOUT CH VILLA RIO TAJO ROJALES
Located in a private cul-de-sac, the villa is just a 10 minute walk to Ciudad Quesada and under a 15 minute walk to Benimar. Both areas have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants and the closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The village of Benijofar and town of Rojales is under a 5 minute drive away.
This charming villa boasts a near 400m2 plot and a large 8x4 private pool. Large outside space with a shaded BBQ area, comfortable seating area and sun loungers around the pool. Upon entering this all on one level villa you are welcomed by a pleasant front terrace with glass curtains which can be opened for the summer. On the inside you will be welcomed with a spacious and homely living room adjoined with an American style kitchen and a separate utility room. From the hallway you'll find all 3 spacious bedrooms, main bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second bathroom in between the other 2 bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and aircon units.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Summary: Villa was lovely, lots of space for 5 adults. All the rooms were a good size, nice and clean, with good seating space outside too. The pool was lovely and well used. It was a quiet location but easily walkable to the nearest town which had bars and shops. It had all the amenities listed, the only slight let down was there wasn’t much to use re cooking - only one pan worked on the induction hob, with two glass ‘roasting tins’ for use in the oven. The oven was really temperamental too re cooking temperature. However, the gas grill outside was great. Other than that would highly recommend.
