Positive: The location is fantastic, at the very edge of the old city center. The collection of available facilities, particularly in terms of the kitchen, are extensive and well-documented on-site.

Negative: The kitchen was quite messy during my stay; I'm sure this is not due to the proprietor, but the other guest(s) who had been or were staying. From a staying-for-work perspective, it would have been nice if the room had offered a place to work.

Summary: Great value for money at an excellent location at a stone's throw away from the city center.
