The property lies adjacent to the owner's home and is just over half a mile away from Painswick Beacon, one of the highest points in Gloucestershire and the midway point for the Cotswold Way. Historic pubs and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket are all within a five minute drive of the property as is horse riding and golf.
