Positive: A nice place needs a few repairs ceiling fans would be better there wer fans in the closet the one in my room was broke I was glad I brought my own fan. This was the first time I stayed in arbb that didn’t have instruction on how to join enter net and phone numbers handy. Right handed sink need the drain fixed. Can opener was terrible. Needed a new one. No kitchen table to play games on. Or a card table and chairs. Kitchen stocked with ever thing you need. Bed were comfortable.
