Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath St. George Vacation Rental Home is just a short drive from Zion’s National Park, championship style golf courses, Sand Hollow Lake and State Park, Quail Creek and Snow Canyon State Park. All bookings come with complimentary access to Zion National Park and all other Utah State Parks!
This 2 story St. George, Utah Vacation Home is located in a community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills, one of the newest and most popular developments in St. George, Utah. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths vacation home sleeps up to 10 comfortably. This home is the perfect place to take your large group for a luxurious stay in the beautiful southern desert or for smaller intimate groups wanting to enjoy the St. George weather and activities.
The kitchen opens up into the large living area, making it perfect for entertaining. The living area features a large screen TV and a comfortable sofa, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Walk out the front door to your own patio area with patio furniture and a bbq. This home has a 2 car garage with guests allowed to access.
The home also has flat screen HD Smart TV's, free wireless internet, and a washer/dryer utility room.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a king sized bed and queen pull out sofa bed with its own bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor, the second with a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks.
There is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, Croc Pot, spices, condiments, and all the other cooking essentials.
Each booking gives our guest full and complete access to our entire vacation rental house. This includes access to the community pool that is heated year round and the hot tub. Guests also have access to the 2 car covered garage. The rental also comes with free Wifi Internet and Netflix.
The neighborhood is clean and pleasant. With a mixture of permanent residents and vacationers which creates an environment of respect and playfulness.
Our rental property is located in Washington City which is a few minutes outside of the larger city of St George. This makes us conveniently located outside of the city but close to outdoor activity, restaurants, state and national parks, and all other attractions of Southern Utah.
We treat our guests like family, and our family loves adventure! Thats why each booking comes with free and complimentary access to all Utah State Parks such as Sand Hallow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon. If the wifi router needs to be reset, unplug it completely for a few seconds and then plug it back in. The router can be found to the left of the living room TV behind the green plant.
Remotes/TV/Netflix
The Living Room and Master Bedrooms have cable TV and access to Netflix. Channels 100 and up are in HD. The Queen bed also has Netflix access through the Blu-ray player and the Bunk Bedroom has a TV and Blu-ray player in stored in the closet. If you are having trouble connecting to Netflix, you may need to reconnect the TV's to the internet. To do that, select the "Home" button on the remote, then select "Network" under the settings section. Select the wifi network and enter the wifi password.
Towels
Fresh towels can be found under the cabinet of each bathroom.
Beds
The Master bedroom sofa is a queen pullout sleeper. Additional blankets and pillows can be found in the master closet. If you need a Pack N' Play sleeper for your little one, it can also be found in the master closet. Air mattresses are stored in the Gray living room bench.
State Park Pass
You are welcome to use our park pass for day use access to Sand Hallow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon State Park. The pass is hanging on the key hanger by the front door. To use it, just hang the pass if your rear view mirror and make it visible to park workers upon entering the parks. Please make sure to return the pass when your finished.
Community Pool
Pool hours are 9am- 10pm. The key fob is hanging on the key hanger near the front door. The pool is heated year round (to increase heat turn the dial that is located on the NW corner of the pool). Please be responsible and ensure young children are supervised.
Other House Amenities
A high chair, iron, and ironing board is stored in the laundry. A baby stroller and cooler are in the garage for your use. The Ping pong table is also in the garage along with paddles and balls. To use the table slow drop each side and lock the arm braces under the table.
Cleanliness
As a courtesy, please remove your shoes while in the home. Especially on the carpeted areas. Also, please be respectful to the furniture and provided house items and only use them for their intended purpose.
Pool and Hot Tub
There is no lifeguard or supervision at the pool. Children need parental supervision to use the facility.
Parking
Parking on the street is prohibited. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.
Smoking
All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home. According to the subdivision community rules, smoking is prohibited in the common areas and within 25 feet of any building.
Pets
Pets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage and the community common areas
Noise
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay at our Casita. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during hours after 10:00 PM.
