Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location right by central square. Loads of space. Plenty of thoughtful touches by the host provided like espresso pot and a separate coffee machine. Great value. Comfortable bed. There is a fantastic terrace for coffee and breakfast .. or barbecue (provided) if you are visiting at a different time of year.
Negative: If you like lounging on sofas, then maybe not the place for you. Parking may be difficult in historic, but host will help. To be fair, any stay in Orte itself will have same problem.
Summary: Comfortable flat in great historic location
